Ziarat Tours (Visits to Historical Sites)

It was a long day today. Woke up at 3 AM and went to Tahajjud (night prayers). Kids were sleeping in the room. Came back from the Mosque at 6.30. While I was waiting for my wife in the courtyard of the Prophet's Mosque, I took some shots of the huge automatic Umbrellas which play a great part in maintaining temperatures. They open during the day to contain heat and retract during the night to release the heat.

Retracted umbrella in the front and a extended
one behind.

During breakfast which was good I met the Head Chef Mohammed who is from Egypt. On the advise of my good friend Anwar Sayed, I will be writing about people I meet as I go along.
